Introducing: Kiara Davis

Updated: 2 days ago

FilAm Sports is proud to announce the addition of Kiara Davis to the FilAm Sports management family.

At just 17 years old, Davis is one of the youngest athletes on the roster. A student at St. Mark’s High School in Wilmington, Delaware, she specializes in the long jump and also shines in the hurdles. Davis is excited for being part of a community of Filipino-heritage athletes representing the Philippines.

“I’m already inspired by them, seeing all that they’ve accomplished,” Davis shares. “I truly admire that, and I want to embody the same pride and energy they’ve shown me.”

Kiara’s Filipino roots trace back to Angeles City through her mother, who is looking forward to exploring Manila’s vibrant street food scene. The family also dreams of visiting the breathtaking islands of Balabac, Palawan.

“Being a part of FilAm Sports is an honor,” Davis says. “I’m really excited to join this team and chase my dream of representing the Philippines on the international stage. It’s something I’ve always aspired to.”

Davis is inspired by both her parents and her Lola, whom she credits as her biggest role models. “I’ve spent so much time with them. They’ve taught me a lot about life and myself,” she says. “There are so many qualities they have that I admire and hope to carry forward as I grow.”

As she looks ahead, Davis is focused on continuing to compete at a high level, improving her personal records, and ultimately setting a new national record. One of her biggest goals: bringing home a medal for the Philippines in upcoming competitions.
