He is currently responsible for overseeing the daily operations of FilAm Sports, including player acquisition, sponsorship solicitation, marketing, and public relations. Bo is also a partner and co-founder of ProLine Image, a highly regarded sports marketing company based in San Diego, California.

Bo's career in sports marketing began in 2000 when he started as a marketing and sales intern with the San Diego Chargers. After two and a half years as a ticket sales representative for the Chargers, Bo transitioned into the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) to join the San Diego Sockers. There, he served as a corporate sponsorship executive, managing relationships with corporate sponsorship partners and implementing contractual elements, including radio, signage, publications, in-arena and retail promotions, community programs, events and hospitality.

Prior to co-founding FilAmSports with Ed Lasquete, Bo served as the executive director for the Quentin Jammer Family Foundation. The foundation's philosophy is to provide equal opportunities for children to excel in athletics and academics, regardless of their resources. The foundation engaged in a wide variety of worthy causes in the San Diego community, including San Pasqual Academy, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), United Way and the Boys and Girls Clubs. Under his tenure, the foundation, along with San Diego Chargers Quarterback Philip Rivers, raised over $1.2 million for the San Pasqual Academy Athletic Facility, which featured a state-of-the-art football and track and field complex.

Bo has a proven track record of working with some of the most influential athletes and entertainers in the world, including Manny Pacquiao, Oscar DeLaHoya, LaDainian Tomlinson, Adrian Gonzalez, Edgar Gonzalez, American Idol finalist Jessica Sanchez, Nick Novak, Jason Myers, Donald Penn, and NBA Hall of Fame member Bill Walton.

Bo has also been involved with Philippine sports for over a decade. He initially worked with the late analyst and mentor, Mike Ochosa, through VivaSports Management. More recently, Bo has been involved with the Philippine Athletic Track and Field Association (PATAFA), where he serves under the marketing and public relations department.

Bo attended the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and was a four-year letter winner and captain of the Division I men's tennis team. A New England champion in 1997 in both singles and doubles, Bo finished his career at UMass ranked top 5 in most wins in singles and top 2 in career wins in doubles. A CIF champion, Bo was named California Pepsi Cola Player of the Year in 1996.

Bo was born in Manila, Philippines, and raised in Samal, Bataan. His mother hails from Bicol. He currently resides in San Diego, California, with his wife Jennifer, daughter Lily, and son Julian.
